Richly Wills (Podcast/Channel)

My podcast is about getting out there and living your 'bucket list life' in seeking to build the dream and legacy you had, as well as seeking how to optimise yourself and live your best whilst you can (seeking out people like Wim Hof, the ice man, and Alex Huberman, a leading neuroscientist), and also exploring the big issues that are holding us back such as conditioning and childhood fear, social media attention-seeking etc.

It's about helping people get away from shit and inspiring people to change and live their life by doing something before it's too late, and avoiding the peril traps of modern society that lead to escapism and avoidance for instant gratification, but which take us away from truly living our limited-in-time lives.

The podcast also is about hearing from older people who wish they had done something more or else, and looks at people making great contributions and who think differently too, as well being a wake-up call to myself.

I put myself into the thick of it and try to test myself with extreme challenges, not just physically as an adventurer, but also to go deep psychologically to find what matters most in life. It’s not about reckless dares, but a challenge in anti-fragility and seeing the pushed limits of what I could’ve become, and my limitations of what I can’t and how to deal with that, which others can relate to (e.g. living without kids).

It also takes a look at building a legacy by thinking of forward-thinking solutions to stifling human-related problems that are keeping us held back too (and links to the Initiative Series idea).
